Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, and other signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Lingerie bottoms (e.g. briefs, thongs)
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear without the hygiene strip
- Earrings or pierced jewellery
- Gift cards or e-gift vouchers
If an item is faulty, please contact us immediately and include a photo of the issue.
How to Return an Item
- Notify Us: Email us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return and include your order number and reason for return.
- Return the Item: Once authorised, return your item(s) within 14 days using your preferred tracked delivery service.
- Package Securely: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your return.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please note this when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Cancelling an Order
